I am the President and Founder of KMF Advisors, where I oversee the strategic direction of the firm and serve as a Wealth Advisor to the families and individuals we work with. Since launching the firm in Iowa, I’ve had the privilege of growing KMF into a multi-state practice serving clients in more than 25 states, with multiple locations across Minnesota, Iowa, and Florida. What began as a small practice has evolved into a dedicated team of advisors and support professionals focused on helping our clients pursue their financial goals with confidence and clarity.

I began my career in financial services in 2004 with American Express Advisors in Des Moines, Iowa. After the firm transitioned to Ameriprise in 2009, I made the decision to move my practice to Invest Financial Corporation to become an independent advisor. Independence was important to me because it allows me to provide personalized, client-centered financial planning and investment advice. I later joined Royal Alliance in 2016 and, in 2022, transitioned KMF Advisors to LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer*, where we operate today.

I grew up in Iowa and expanded the business into Minnesota in 2012. My family and I now live just outside the Twin Cities. My wife, Danielle, and I have four children who keep us busy with a full schedule of activities. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family on our wooded acreage and being present for the moments that matter most.
